Construction of the new roof started Monday, October 2. The roofers have removed the both the roof over the Dining Room and roof over the Bar. Thankfully, there was only a small amount of dry rot and hidden damage detected. Roof installation and upper porch repairs will start on Monday, October 9. Check the group news for regular updates.
The roofers are on site from 7:30 am through 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The Clubhouse is open, however, there will be noise and dust and some other inconveniences. There will also be periods when the front door will be inaccessible. Please use the side door and make sure it is closed behind you.
We appreciate your patience as we complete these necessary repairs.
