In January, the Board considered the following issues with the indicated follow up and actions:
Two member applicants were accepted into our membership.
The Board approved the Membership Committee's request to provide dinner vouchers to boat owners in the Marina to encourage membership.
The Annual Budget was presented. It will be approved during the February meeting.
The Board approved the expenditure of up to $16,000 for a new engine and repairs to the Bobbi Tosse. A fundraiser is being planned for March to offset the cost to the Club.
The Commodore approved the creation of an Historical Preservation Committee.
The Club Rule changes proposed in November 2023 were approved.
The Board approved a three month extension to adjunct member Vikas Kapur's membership.
The Board lifted Dustin Boeger's trespass from the clubhouse when accompanied by member Dick Maclay
The Board approved a budget of up to $1000 and waiver of rental fee for a Lunar New Year community service event in conjunction with the BRCC.
