Notice March Corporation Meeting March 21st.

This Saturday, March 21st at 7:00pm, Berkeley Yacht Club will host it's March 2020 Corporation Meeting as required by our bylaws. As we must comply with Alameda County and City of Berkeley’s call to “shelter-in-place” this will be accomplished via the video conference application called Zoom. Feel free to use your computer and webcam and make sure you have active computer audio. You may also dial in with your phone if you would prefer. Just prior to the meeting we will send out a message with the video conference link or dial-in number. Be advised that you will be placed on mute by default until the floor is opened to you so please don’t be alarmed if no one can hear you initially. This is to reduce background noise and feedback. Thank you for your understanding. Once you sign in, you can assign your name to your profile, so we know who is listening in.

Please feel free to use the chat function at any time when logged in through the web, that way we can readily open your audio when appropriate. If you cannot log in through the web and instead need to call in, you can send a message by email ( or texts to GM Phil Strause (510-883-3684) who can help facilitate your ability to engage during the meeting. We will attempt to keep the meeting short and to the point.
