It's Springtime! This is a time when sailor's thoughts turn to love and Chicken Parmesan. That's right. This month's dinner meeting will be Italian. Well, mostly Italian. Turns out it's also Queen Elizabeth's birthday so we will be featuring one of her most favorite desserts.
Also, since the Queen is a staunch environmentalist our speaker will be Ms. Barbara McVeigh. Ms. McVeigh is an oceanographer and environment activist and she will be have a frank discussion with you about what you've been doing to the ocean. She will also have a short film on the subject. We are on an environment roll so we are staying with it.
The evening's menu will go something like this:
Savory Chicken Parmesan (Milan Style)
Market Fresh Asparagus
Spring dinner salad
Homemade Garlic bread
For dessert: Chocolate Cake with Tea Biscuits
