101st Opening Day on the Bay Parade The 79th Berkeley Yacht Club CELEBRATION of EVENTS April 22, 2018

0800-1100 Waffles with 100th Parade Pricing - Volunteers Needed Sign up.  Now And to start your day off properly there will be waffles for breakfast with a selection of sweet and savory toppings. If you missed it last year, you don't want to miss it this year. As always, volunteers are needed in the galley to help with the toppings, batter creation, and baking the waffles. 1100 Tentative: On the Water Sail Past of Commodore’s Yacht m/v Chartmaker – IMPORTANT: This is an RSVP Event this year, and may be cancelled if there isn’t interest. This event, albeit, traditional, hasn’t been widely supported by BYC Membership in recent years with a showing of only 4-to-5 yachts each year. Will the tradition Survive? Is this “time honored tradition” simply past its prime? Please RSVP to commodore@berkeleyyc.org ASAP. The commodore also requires deck hands to run this vessel. If interested send him an email now.

1730-2000 Pasta bar and live music as the sun sets Volunteers are required at all events this Sunday, and we need an Officer of the Day to anchor the club and provide tours to guests "checking out the club".

Sign up now to help with the breakfast, hang flags, crew on the 2018 BYC Flagship Chartmaker for the Tradtional Commodore's Sailpast, or help with food through the afternoon. This is a huge day at the Berkeley Yacht Club, and on the bay in general. We look forward to your participation.
